Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to manage daily on-site activities, coordinate workers, and support smooth plant operations. The role involves workforce coordination, housekeeping supervision, and general operational support.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate with labour teams and maintain proper discipline.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness at the workplace.
- Support day-to-day plant and operational activities.
- Ensure assigned work is completed on time.
- Maintain attendance and basic work records.




- Report operational issues and manpower requirements to management.
- Ensure workers follow workplace safety practices.

Requirements

- Experience in supervision, labour management, plant operations, or a similar role preferred.
- Positive team coordination and people-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple operational responsibilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable working on-site and managing workers.
- Responsible, sincere, and disciplined approach to work.
- Basic ability to maintain records and reports.
