Job Overview:
We are looking for a Career Counsellor / Sales Executive to guide students or customers regarding suitable courses and career opportunities while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students/customers and understand their career requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert leads into admissions/enrolments.
- Maintain customer information and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and sales skills.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in counselling, education sales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
