Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and the company's website.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Manage the creation of engaging content for all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI) for digital campaigns.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.




- Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and effective marketing content.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
