Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/product development.
- Experience working with web-based or enterprise applications.
- Robust requirement gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Ability to create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience working closely with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify requirements gaps, dependencies, and edge cases.
Preferred
- Experience with SaaS applications.
- Experience with UAT.
- Experience in financial services or other enterprise domains.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
