Job Title: Graphics Designer (Motion Graphics)

Experience: 2 years (hands-on motion graphics)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative Graphics Designer with ~2 years of professional experience and strong hands-on skills in motion graphics. You will design static and animated visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, video content, product UI, and marketing materials. This role requires a balance of visual design sense, animation technique, and the ability to deliver polished assets on deadline.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality visual designs: social posts, banners, infographics, ad creatives, presentation assets, and brand collateral.

Produce motion graphics and short-form animations for social media, explainer videos, product demos, and ads.

Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to translate briefs into engaging visual storytelling.

Prepare storyboards, animatics, and motion scripts; implement feedback quickly and accurately.

Maintain and evolve brand visual language, templates, and asset libraries.

Export and deliver assets in required formats and resolutions for web, mobile, and video platforms.

Ensure timely delivery while maintaining visual and technical quality.

Optimize assets for performance (file size, codecs) and accessibility when required.

Required Skills & Experience

1.5–3 years of skilled experience in graphic design with demonstrable motion graphics work.





Solid portfolio showing both static design and motion graphics (short video clips, GIFs, Lottie, or MP4).

Proficiency in key design and animation tools:

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.

Familiarity with motion graphic workflows: keyframing, easing, shape layers, masks, expressions (basic), precomps.

Experience exporting animations for web and social formats (MP4, GIF, WebM, Lottie/JSON).

Good sense of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Basic understanding of video production concepts: frame rates, resolution, codecs.

Strong communication skills and ability to receive and incorporate feedback.

Time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-have

Experience with Lottie/Bodymovin and creating vector-based animations for web/apps.

Motion design for UI/UX micro-interactions.

Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or plugins (Element 3D).

Familiarity with HTML/CSS or integrating motion assets into web/app environments.

Experience in an agency or fast-paced startup.

Education

Diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹14,519.93 - ₹45,000.00 per month
