Product Launch Business Solutioning

- Manage end-to-end business requirements for new product launches, rider introductions, regulatory changes, and product enhancements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technology consulting for Individual Life Insurance products.
- Drive solution design across purchase journeys, Digital Platforms, APIs, CRM, and other integrated applications.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process workflows, and solution designs.

Project Delivery Ownership

- Own solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle including:
- Requirement Gathering
- Solution Design
- Development Coordination
- SIT/UAT Support
- Production Deployment
- Hypercare Support
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects while meeting business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Development, Testing, Operations, and Business.

Digital Transformation Integration

- Drive API enablement and reusable common capability creation.
- Design and implement integration solutions between policy administration systems and B2C digital assets.




- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to create future-proof technology solutions.

Production Support System Reliability

- Ensure production stability, performance, and availability of assigned applications.
- Drive production issue resolution and closure within agreed SLAs/TATs.
- Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with business stakeholders.
- Monitor application health, performance, and capacity utilization.

Governance, Compliance Audit

- Build and manage governance frameworks and operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, IT Governance, Information Security, and Compliance standards.
- Own and track closure of audit observations, compliance gaps, VAPT findings, and information security recommendations.
- Review and manage data privacy, data leakage, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant with organizational standards.
