Position: Senior Civil Engineer
Project: Hospital Construction Project ( 10 LAKH SQFT)
Experience: 10–15 Years
Location: ORAS , SINDHUDURGA , MAHARASHTRA

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Execute RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure proper coordination of civil works with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, MGPS and other hospital services.
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications before execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly work plans and monitor progress against the project schedule.
- Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with approved construction standards.
- Check subcontractor measurements, quantities and work completion.
- Monitor material requirements, wastage and site productivity.
- Identify site issues, drawing conflicts and execution bottlenecks and resolve them promptly.




- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and quality documentation.
- Maintain daily progress records and report project status to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate inspections and work approvals with consultants/client representatives.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned works as per project milestones.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant construction experience.
- Experience in hospital, institutional, commercial or multi-storey building projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, quantity calculations and construction drawings.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination in complex building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project reporting.
- Robust site management, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
