As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the ongoing operations and managing the delivery of production systems and services.
This role requires ensuring that operational requirements and service agreements are consistently met, coordinating with various teams to maintain system stability and performance.
The position demands proactive monitoring, timely issue resolution, and effective communication to uphold service quality and reliability throughout the production workplace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
MusMust To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and infrastructure components.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues in production environments.
- Ability to monitor network performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices to safeguard infrastructure.
- Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams to support network-related operational activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
