Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage transshipment cargo flow to ensure minimum dwell time and efficient vessel connections.
- Plan and coordinate cargo routing through MSC network while optimizing capacity utilization.
- Liaise with POL, POD, FNTE desks, capacity teams, and local operations for cargo movement and exception handling.
- Monitor critical cargo (Reefer, DG/IMDG, OOG, BBK, UPC, GAC, etc.) and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work on ITPS, Power BI, and other operational tools to maintain visibility and data quality.
- Identify cargo-flow bottlenecks and propose routing or operational solutions.
- Support vessel planning, transshipment reporting, and KPI monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with regional and global transshipment teams on cargo-flow performance and process improvements.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Shipping,
Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, vessel operations, planning, or transshipment activities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of container shipping operations and cargo-flow management will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
