- Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram and online platforms.
- Generate leads through social media outreach and digital campaigns.
- Share product catalogues, pricing, and offers with clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch for order processing.
- Maintain CRM or lead tracker and follow up regularly.
- Support digital promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
- Monitor online customer feedback and resolve queries quickly.
- Build relationships with online B2B buyers or retailers.
