We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, support financial reporting, and provide meaningful financial insights to the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, P&L;, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Perform variance analysis and identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Compliance & Tax Management

- Ensure financial operations comply with applicable accounting standards and local tax regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Manage and assist with tax filings, including Income Tax, GST/VAT, and payroll-related taxes.

Financial Analysis & Advisory

- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential revenue drivers.




- Present financial insights and reports to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Use data visualization and reporting tools where required.

Accounting Operations & Automation

- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
- Support the implementation and integration of AI-driven accounting software to automate routine accounting processes.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and support cash flow forecasting.
- Analyze financial trends and provide relevant insights to management.
