Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in Electrical Products Sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Jharkhand market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell Electrical Products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and other relevant customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain long-term business relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of Sales experience in the Electrical Products / Electrical Industry.
- Valuable knowledge of the Electrical Products market.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to develop new business and manage existing clients.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Electrical Products Sales, Dealer/Distributor Sales, Channel Sales, or B2B Sales will be preferred.
