We are seeking a detail-oriented IPR Intern with formal legal training and Bar enrollment to assist in intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. The role offers practical exposure to IP filings, legal research, and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark searches, patent prior art searches, and IP due diligence
- Assist in drafting trademark applications, objections, replies, and copyright filings
- Support preparation of legal opinions and IP advisory notes
- Monitor IP filings, deadlines, and status updates
- Perform legal research on IP laws, case laws, and regulatory updates
- Assist in handling IP infringement matters and dispute documentation
- Maintain organized records of IP portfolios
Requirements
- LL.B./LL.M. graduate
- Enrolled with Bar Council (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Intellectual Property Laws
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills
- Good command of English & Malayalam
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or experience in IPR
- Familiarity with IP India portal, trademark registry, or patent databases
- Interest in litigation or IP prosecution

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
