Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AR Calling Executive to handle accounts receivable follow-ups, insurance claims, and payment collections. The candidate should have good knowledge of US healthcare billing and AR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and payments.
- Handle AR calling for denied, rejected, and pending claims.
- Identify claim issues and coordinate for resolution.
- Verify claim status, eligibility, and payment details.
- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and claim status.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate complex billing and claim issues when required.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare / Medical Billing process.
- Experience in claims follow-up, denial management, and payment posting.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing terminology and insurance processes.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
