Job Overview:

We are hiring an Accounts Executive for a well-established restaurant chain with multiple outlets across Gujarat. The role is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in accounting, Tally ERP, bookkeeping, purchase entries, sales entries, voucher entries, invoice management, and day-to-day accounting data entry.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting routine finance and accounts operations across multiple business outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and data entry operations.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and voucher entries.
- Enter and maintain invoices and related financial data.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting entries.
- Support routine bookkeeping and accounts-related activities.




- Assist the accounts team with data management and basic reporting.
- Maintain organized financial and accounting records.

Requirements:

- B.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in accounting or accounts data entry.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime or accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, purchase and sales entries.
- Good data entry skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
