We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & E-Commerce Coordinator to elevate our brand’s digital presence and streamline our online operations. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end social media management—from creating visual content to engaging directly with our community—as well as managing our product listings across online storefronts.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Production: Design, shoot, and edit engaging visual content (images, short-form video/Reels, stories, and graphic posts) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily posts across all active channels using a consistent brand voice and optimized posting schedules.
- Community Engagement & Customer Support: Monitor inbox messages, comments, and inquiries across platforms; respond promptly and professionally to convert leads and provide support.
- Product Listing & Catalog Management: Create, upload, and update product listings across digital marketplaces/e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate titles, compelling product descriptions, search keywords, and high-quality imagery.
- Content & Campaign Strategy:



Maintain a structured content calendar, track social trends, and organize marketing assets to support seasonal promotions and product launches.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- E-Commerce Familiarity: Experience managing product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or social storefronts).
- Technical & Editing Skills: Proficiency with photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) and social scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Communication: Solid copywriting skills with a keen eye for tone, grammar, and brand aesthetic.
- Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple ongoing tasks (content production vs. customer messaging vs. catalog updates).

Preferred Experience

- Background in product photography, studio lighting setups, or basic photo retouching.
- Familiarity with basic e-commerce SEO (keywords, product metadata, and tag optimization).

Pay: ₹10,146.64 - ₹35,185.08 per month
