About Krayr Media
We are a full-service MarTech, branding, and content agency working with 150+ brands across luxury hospitality, F&B;, Automobile, EdTech, D2C, real estate, event management, and lifestyle categories. Our work is built on tight, intentional craft: strategy, creative, and performance under one roof.
With our footprint in Jaipur, we are building a dedicated GEO practice, and we are looking for a GEO Specialist who understands that discovery has moved from ten blue links to a single cited answer, and knows how to get a brand into that answer.
The Role
You own how our clients show up when the answer comes from an AI, not a search page. That means ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot, each of which cites differently and has to be worked differently. You audit where a brand stands today, build the strategy to earn citations, execute the content and off-site work that gets a brand quoted, and prove the movement with real measurement.
Reddit sits at the centre of this, because it is one of the most heavily cited sources across today's generative engines, and knowing how to build presence there without getting the brand torched is a craft in itself.
This is a role for someone who has been paying close attention to how AI search actually works, not someone who read one thread about it last week.
What You'll Own
- AI Visibility Audits: where a brand is cited today across each engine, against competitors, with a clear read on the gaps
- Per-engine GEO strategy: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot each treated on their own terms, not as one blended average
- Reddit strategy end to end: identifying the subreddits that matter, understanding how each engine pulls from Reddit, and building genuine, rules-respecting presence that earns citations instead of bans
- Off-site citation building across Reddit, Quora,
and the third-party surfaces the engines trust for a given category
- On-site work for retrieval: content structure, entity clarity, schema and structured data, and the FAQ and comparison formats that get quoted
- Category and surface mapping: for each client, the specific sources and communities the engines cite in that vertical
- Measurement: citation share, share of voice across engines, and the movement over time, reported per engine with honest framing
- Prompt and query research: understanding the real questions buyers ask an AI in each client's category
- Coordination with the SEO team on where classic search and GEO overlap, and with the SMM and content teams on what needs to be published where
- Staying ahead of a field that changes monthly, and translating each shift into what it means for our clients
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing, with real, demonstrable GEO work you can walk us through
- Deep, hands-on Reddit knowledge and experience: this is a must, not a bonus. You understand subreddit culture, moderation, karma, and the line between contributing and spamming, and you have built or grown presence on Reddit that stuck
- A working, current understanding of how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot retrieve and cite, and how they differ from each other
- Genuine command of how generative engines source answers: retrieval, citations, entities, and why some brands get quoted and others do not
- Robust content and editorial judgment: you can shape or brief content that is structured to be retrieved and cited, not just to read well
- Comfort with GEO and AI-visibility tooling (Profound, Superlines, Conductor, Yext, or equivalent) and the willingness to learn ours
- The ability to read citation and visibility data and turn it into a strategy conversation a client will act on
- Honest framing instinct: you talk in probability and evidence, not guarantees, because this field does not reward people who overpromise
- Comfort with fast turnarounds, multi-brand context switching, and a category that is being rewritten in real time
Bonus Points If You
- Have run GEO or AI-visibility work for luxury, hospitality, or premium brands
- Have grown a real Reddit presence or community and can show the receipts
- Understand Quora, YouTube, and other UGC surfaces as citation sources, not just Reddit
- Have classic SEO depth: technical, on-page, and link building that still underpins good GEO
- Can write, so you are not fully dependent on the content team to execute
- Have published or spoken on GEO, or have a point of view the field would find worth hearing
- Are based in Jaipur or open to relocating from tier 1 cities
What We Offer
- Direct ownership of a practice we are betting on, not a maintenance desk on an old channel
- A genuine chance to define the category with us while most agencies are still figuring out what GEO means
- Access to a multi-disciplinary team (strategists, SEO, writers, social, performance, production) across our offices
- Working alongside the founder on strategic accounts, the GEO practice itself, and Jaipur market expansion
- Category exposure across luxury hospitality, automobile, D2C, EdTech, and more
- A team that ships high-craft work and does not settle for template thinking
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and the rarity of this skill set
- An office in Jaipur that treats craft, quiet focus, and creative rigor as non-negotiables
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Provident Fund
Work Location: In person
