Role Purpose:
To create a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment that supports the overall development of young children through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities as per the curriculum.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Maintain a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess students' progress and maintain relevant records.
- Encourage valuable habits, discipline, and social skills among children.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and school management.

ECCEd / NTT / Montessori Training / D.El.Ed. (Preferred).
