We're Hiring: Counsellor / Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective candidates on courses, admissions, fees, and career opportunities.
- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Assist candidates with applications, documentation, and admission formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
- Build positive relationships and address candidate queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.

Requirements
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Counselling,



Customer Service, or a similar role.
✔ Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in a target-driven setting.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
✔ Experience in admissions or educational counselling is an added advantage.

Location: Kottayam, Kerala (On-site)
