We are hiring Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals, strengths, and challenges.

. Provide guidance on course selection, study plans, and career pathways based on individual needs and interests.

. Own the centre admission target and work towards fulfilling it under the guidance of the Centre Incharge.

. Maintain accurate records of student progress, counseling sessions, and achievements.

. Prepare reports and documentation as required by the institute or regulatory bodies.

Preferred candidate profile:

. Bachelor's degree in any subject.

. Fluent in English, bengali and Hindi

. Atleast 1-2 years of work experience in the same field.

. Proven experience in academic counseling,



preferably in an educational or coaching environment.

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.

. Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.

. Knowledge of academic programs, career pathways, and educational resources.
