Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Zoho/ERP Systems)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Optional Zoho applications or a strong background in ERP ecosystems to lead and oversee the successful delivery of dynamic and complex projects.

In this role, you’ll apply your project management acumen, technical proficiency, and ERP experience to plan, execute, and manage projects with precision. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, consultants, designers, and stakeholders—to define project scope, create detailed plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Your deep understanding of Zoho solutions or ERP systems, along with the ability to communicate effectively and mitigate risks, will be instrumental in achieving project goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to our clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and implement Zoho or ERP solutions.

- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management within Zoho or ERP environments.

- Strong technical expertise in ERP systems, Zoho applications, or similar platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a agile, client-focused setting.

- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
