We're Hiring | CNC Supervisor

Oriental Foundry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC Supervisor to join our Production Team at Kutch, Gujarat.

Location: Kutch, Gujarat

Department: Production – CNC Machine Shop

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise daily CNC machining operations and achieve production targets.

✅ Allocate manpower and monitor machine utilization.

✅ Ensure machining quality as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.

✅ Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

✅ Minimize machine downtime and improve productivity.

✅ Implement 5S, TPM, and safety standards.

✅ Train CNC operators and prepare daily production & rejection reports.

Eligibility:





-Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

-5–8 years of CNC machining experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

-Experience in foundry, heavy engineering, or machining castings preferred.

-Knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC/HMC, Fanuc/Siemens controls, GD&T;, tooling, and measuring instruments.

Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
