Job Summary

Manage the primary sales relationship with FMCG distributors by driving order placement, stock availability, payment collection and distributor performance. Support distributors with product, pricing and promotional activities while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned distributors regularly for order booking and stock review.
- Ensure adequate stock availability at distributor warehouses.
- Drive primary sales orders and coordinate with depot/stockist for billing.
- Review distributor secondary sales data and identify performance gaps.
- Collect outstanding payments according to agreed credit terms.
- Execute company schemes,



trade offers and promotional packs at distributor level.
- Handle near-expiry stock rotation, returns and claims processing.
- Train distributor teams on product range, pricing and promotional schemes.

Requirements

- 12th / Any Graduate.
- 0–4 years of experience in FMCG sales or distributor management.
- Distributor primary sales management skills.
- Stock management and rotation knowledge.
- Payment collection and credit follow-up skills.
- Claims and returns processing experience.
- Route planning and distributor relationship management skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,700.00 - ₹29,200.00 per month
