Senior Manager / Finance – Debt & Capital Raising

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end debt and capital-raising activities across construction finance, Loan Against Property (LAP), Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), structured debt, project finance, and refinancing.
- Develop and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, investors, and other funding partners.
- Support institutional fundraising initiatives involving funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), family offices, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and strategic investors.
- Prepare and review financial models, CMA data, cash-flow projections, funding proposals, and debt-structuring plans.
- Coordinate funding-related due diligence, documentation, approvals, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Monitor financial covenants, repayment schedules, and ongoing funding requirements.
- Manage treasury planning, liquidity requirements, and financing costs.
- Conduct financial analysis, including DSCR, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of financing transactions.
- Track funding requirements and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA or MBA in Finance preferred.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury, structured finance, investment banking, NBFC/HFC, real estate finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in construction finance and/or structured debt transactions.
- Solid understanding of financial modelling, debt structuring, and financial analysis.
- Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deliver within agreed timelines.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and execution capability.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
