About the Role

As Strategist, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Ananta World: positioning, campaign

calendar, channel mix and team direction. You'll brief and direct the Graphic Designers, Content Writer, Script

Writer, SEO and Performance Marketing team, and report progress directly to Social Connect leadership and the

client.

What You'll Do

● Own the marketing strategy and content calendar for Ananta World across all channels.

● Brief and direct designers, writers, SEO and performance marketing team members.

● Develop positioning and messaging for a destination-led hospitality/residential project.

● Track campaign performance and report outcomes to Social Connect and client leadership.

● Coordinate marketing efforts with the Sales and Telecalling teams to keep the lead funnel aligned.





What We're Looking For

Required

● 5+ years of marketing strategy experience, including team direction.

● Experience building and running a multi-channel marketing calendar.

● Robust stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to founders/clients directly.

● Data-driven approach to planning and reporting.

Preferred

● Real estate, hospitality or destination/tourism marketing experience.

● Experience managing marketing for a client-agency engagement.

Pay: Up to ₹43,000.00 per month
