We are looking for a responsible Store & Inventory Executive for our manufacturing factory in Meerut.

The person will be responsible for managing the complete stock of:

● Machinery spare parts

● Bearings, belts, motors and electrical items

● Tools and maintenance items

● Nuts, bolts, fasteners and fittings

● Lubricants and other factory consumables

The main responsibility will be to maintain proper records of what material is purchased, what is available in stock, and what material is issued from the store.

Inventory should be properly maintained in Excel / computer software.

Main Responsibilities

● Maintain complete stock of machinery spares and tools

● Make proper entries of all material received and issued

● Maintain stock in Excel or inventory software

● Give item codes to different spare parts and tools

● Maintain proper rack/bin location for every item

● Keep record of which department or machine has taken any spare

● Check stock regularly

● Inform management when stock is getting low

● Maintain minimum stock level for important spare parts

● Make purchase requirement list when material needs to be reordered

● Maintain supplier and purchase records

● Check material received from suppliers

● Maintain issue and return records of tools

● Conduct physical stock checking and match it with computer records

● Keep the store clean, organised and properly labelled

Candidate Requirements

● Minimum 2–5 years experience in factory store / inventory / spare parts management preferred

● Experience in a manufacturing factory will be preferred

● Basic knowledge of machinery spare parts, tools, bearings, electrical items etc.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel





● Comfortable working on computer

● Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Inventory / ERP will be an advantage

● Candidate should be responsible and organised

● Should be able to maintain accurate records

● Should be able to work independently

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma / ITI / B.Tech candidates can apply.

Candidates with practical experience in factory stores will be preferred over qualification.

Computer Skills

Candidate should know:

● MS Excel

● Basic computer operation

● Email

● Stock entry

● Purchase and issue records

Knowledge of Zoho Inventory / ERP / Tally is preferred but not compulsory.

Preferred Experience

Candidates who have worked in any of the following will be preferred:

● Manufacturing factory

● Engineering company

● Auto parts company

● Machinery company

● Electrical / mechanical spare parts store

● Factory maintenance store

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience and knowledge.

Experienced candidates currently working as Store Incharge / Inventory Executive / Spare Parts Store Executive can also apply.

Key

We are not looking only for a person who can physically keep material in the store.

We need someone who can properly manage the complete inventory system, so that at any time we know:

● What stock is available

● What material has been purchased

● What material has been issued

● Who has taken the material

● Which machine/department used the spare

● Which items are running low

● Which items need to be purchased
