Team Member – QSR / Café Operations

Department: Operations – Store/Café
Experience: Minimum 1 year in QSR / Café / F&B; Operations
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B; Services

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and well-groomed Team Members to join our café operations team.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in QSR, café or organized F&B; operations, preferably with reputed café/QSR brands.

Candidates with experience in brands such as Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Blue Tokai, Third Wave Coffee, Magnolia Bakery, or similar organized QSR/café chains will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, understand their requirements and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to prescribed recipes and presentation standards.
- Handle products such as coffee, sandwiches, cheesecakes and other F&B; items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene and grooming.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and FSSAI guidelines.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Support store operations during peak hours and work effectively as part of a team.
- Participate in daily briefings, training and operational activities.
- Follow company policies related to attendance, discipline, grooming and customer service.
- Support the Store Manager/Shift Supervisor in maintaining smooth day-to-day café operations.

Candidate Profile:

Mandatory

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in QSR, café, coffee shop or organized F&B; operations.
- Experience in customer-facing café/QSR operations.




- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates who have previously worked with reputed café/QSR/F&B; brands such as:

Costa Coffee | Starbucks | Blue Tokai | Third Wave Coffee | Magnolia Bakery | Similar Organized Café/QSR Brands will be preferred.

Educational Qualification:

- 12th Pass preferred.
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Food & Beverage Services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
