- Teach Hindi to students as per the prescribed curriculum and school guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver effective, engaging, and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills in Hindi.
- Conduct class tests, assessments, examinations, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
- Identify learning gaps and implement suitable remedial teaching strategies.
- Encourage participation in Hindi-related co-curricular activities, competitions, debates, poetry, and cultural programs.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership regarding students’ academic progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs,



and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as a subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred, as applicable.
- Relevant teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.

Key Skills:

- Robust command of Hindi language, grammar, and literature.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to use innovative and activity-based teaching methods.
- Basic proficiency in digital teaching tools and technology.
- Student-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
