Interior Designer - Dessange Paris

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join Dessange Paris and oversee the design, renovation, and execution of our premium salon spaces. The ideal candidate should understand luxury aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop interior concepts and layouts for Dessange Paris salons.

* Plan salon spaces including reception, waiting area, hair stations, hair wash, manicure & pedicure, spa rooms, retail/product displays and staff areas.

* Prepare floor plans, mood boards, 2D/3D designs, elevations and detailed drawings.

* Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and suppliers for project execution.

* Select materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, finishes and décor in line with the Dessange Paris luxury aesthetic.

* Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution, quality and timelines.

* Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and assist with budget management.

* Ensure all projects maintain a premium, sophisticated and consistent brand identity.

* Handle multiple projects and coordinate with management for approvals and changes.





* Identify cutting-edge design solutions that improve both client experience and salon functionality.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

* 2–5 years of relevant interior design experience, preferably in luxury salons, hospitality, retail or premium commercial spaces.

* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization and design software.

* Good understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, finishes and execution.

* Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.

* Excellent design sense with an eye for luxury, detail and aesthetics.

* Ability to work within timelines and budgets.

* Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who can combine French luxury aesthetics with modern, functional salon design and can take a project from concept → drawings → vendor coordination → site execution → final handover.
