Key Responsibilities

- Handle collection and recovery of Home Loan / LAP accounts.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
- Conduct field visits and maintain regular customer communication.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Maintain proper collection records and reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP / Home Loan Collections
- Must be a local candidate from the respective location
- CIBIL score above 700
- No history of absconding from previous organizations
- Good job stability with relevant collection experience
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
