Job Role: IT Support Executive / Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage employee system access, email IDs, and user accounts for recent joiners and exits.
- Allocate, track, and maintain company IT assets such as laptops, desktops, printers, and biometric devices.
- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, software, and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Support and maintain biometric attendance systems and ESSL devices.
- Resolve shared folder access, network drive, and file permission issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, internet connectivity, and IT-related services.
- Monitor system performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain IT inventory records and asset management documentation.
- Assist employees with technical issues and provide basic IT training when required.

Key Skills Required:





- Strong knowledge in system and hardware troubleshooting
- Basic Networking, Crimping, and LAN Cable Testing Skills
- Familiar with MS Windows, Office, and basic IP configuration
- Organized, responsive, and problem-solving mindset
- Good coordination and communication abilities
