Position: School Principal – CBSE
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in school administration and teaching, with proven leadership experience in both Matriculation and CBSE schools.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated School Principal to lead our CBSE school and ensure high standards of academic excellence, discipline, administration, and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide effective academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Ensure implementation of the CBSE curriculum, academic policies, and school standards.
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, assessments, and student performance.
- Guide and motivate teachers and support staff to achieve academic goals.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, classroom observations, and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline and create a safe, positive, and student-friendly learning environment.
- Coordinate with parents and address academic and administrative concerns professionally.
- Monitor attendance, school records, examinations, timetables, and co-curricular activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of school policies, rules, and procedures.




- Coordinate school events, celebrations, inspections, and CBSE-related activities.
- Work closely with the management to achieve institutional goals and improve school performance.
- Promote holistic development through academics, sports, arts, technology, and life-skills activities.
- Ensure effective communication between management, teachers, students, and parents.

Eligibility & Skills

- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE academic and administrative practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid classroom observation and teacher-management abilities.
- Good computer and school-management-system skills.
- Ability to handle academic, administrative, and parent-related responsibilities independently.
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in both Matriculation and CBSE schools.
