ARCH (Advanced Resource Centre for Humanitarian) Development Foundation is a non-profit organization (registered as Section 8) located in Vadodara working towards development activities mainly focused on education, women empowerment, skill and livelihood and financial literacy to name a few. About the Program:

Project Umang focuses on providing quality education to the students studying in government-aided schools. It aims to create an eco-system in the school encouraging holistic development of children. The focus areas of the program are:

- Improve students’ learning levels through activity-based learning.
- Conduct hands-on STEM activities, experiments, and easy projects with children.
- Develop students’ curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and work with schools & communities covered under the project.
- Assist the immediate supervisor in the timely execution of the programmatic activities on the field.




- Developing monthly planning and execution of the activities.
- Support the project lead in reporting & documentation.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.

Qualification:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed., MSW, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Freshers with an interest in working with children and STEM-based learning may also apply.

Experience:

Freshers or maximum 1 year of experience in the development sector.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Strong hold on Gujarati language (read, write & speak) is a compulsion.
- Ability to work with children & community under education project & community development.
- Willingness to undertake field travel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Function as a team player
- Ability to meet the reporting deadlines

Position Availability: Immediate

Salary: The salary shall commensurate with the experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
