We are seeking a qualified and passionate IT Lecturer to teach students enrolled in the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, preparing course materials, assessing student performance, and supporting students in developing practical and theoretical knowledge in computer science and information technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures for BCA and PGDCA courses.
- Teach subjects such as Programming (C, C++, Java, Python), Database Management Systems, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Web Technologies, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, and related IT subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, practical exercises, and examinations.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and guide students in practical programming and software development.
- Assess student performance through assignments, practicals, projects, presentations, and examinations.
- Mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career development.




- Update course content in line with current industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (MCA), M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or an equivalent qualification.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. preferred where applicable, as per institutional or regulatory requirements.
- Prior teaching experience in BCA, PGDCA, or related programs is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, networking, operating systems, and software development.
