SPH Wire and Cable Private Limited is a Coimbatore-based company. We are an authorised distributor of Sonali Ecomett, a manufacturer of high-performance wires and cables. We supply a wide range of BIS-approved, eco-friendly wire and cable solutions, including submersible pump wires and cables, enamelled aluminium winding wires, round cables, enamelled copper winding wires, and housing wires, to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting and ERP data entry work. Since our accounting is directly linked to our ERP system, this person will handle both accounting tasks and ERP data entry (recording purchases and sales). Full training on our ERP system will be given on the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day purchase and sales entries in the ERP system
- Maintain accounts in Tally, including vouchers, ledgers, and basic bookkeeping
- Prepare and update stock, purchase, and sales records accurately
- Support in bank reconciliation and basic GST-related entries




- Coordinate with suppliers and customers for order and payment follow-ups
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, bills, and reports
- Assist the Owner/Director with day-to-day accounts and reporting needs

Required Qualification & Skills

- B.Com or any relevant degree preferred; 12th std. pass with Tally and MS Office knowledge is also acceptable
- Working knowledge of Tally is required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) is required
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred (2 years preferred, 1 year minimum)
- Willingness to learn our ERP system on the job (training will be provided)
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage

Work Details

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Location: Coimbatore
- Immediate joining

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
