Job Description
We are looking for a Loan Sales Manager to manage the sales team and achieve loan sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle loan sales and customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Maintain daily sales reports and team performance.
Requirements
- experience in Loan Sales / DSA / Banking / NBFC.
- Valuable communication and sales skills.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
