Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Engineer / Supervisor to manage and supervise HVAC installation and site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for manpower coordination, work-front planning, quality, safety, drawings, measurements, and timely completion of HVAC works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation and site execution activities.
- Read and understand HVAC layout, shop drawings, P&ID;, ducting and piping drawings.
- Manage and coordinate site manpower, subcontractors, tools, and materials.
- Supervise installation of chilled water piping, ducting, insulation, AHU, FCU, pumps, valves and HVAC equipment.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, contractor, and other site teams.
- Check measurements and prepare daily work progress reports.
- Monitor daily targets and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for their timely resolution.
- Ensure proper material utilization and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain quality standards and follow approved installation procedures.




- Ensure compliance with all HSE/Safety requirements at site.
- Support preparation of BOQ, quantity measurement, billing, and client measurement records.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow secure working practices.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC site execution.
- Good knowledge of HVAC piping, ducting, insulation, equipment installation, and testing & commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good manpower and subcontractor handling skills.
- Knowledge of site measurement, quantity estimation, and billing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to achieve daily/weekly project targets.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in industrial/commercial HVAC projects, chilled water piping, ducting, and large-scale HVAC installation will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
