Key Responsibilities

· Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and tools

· Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database

· Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities

· Write personalized, engaging, and conversion-focused email content

· Track email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, responses) and optimize campaigns accordingly

· Follow up with prospects via email to nurture and convert leads

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies





· Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses in CRM tools

Requirements

· Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, or similar role

· Excellent written communication and email copywriting skills

· Familiarity with email automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)

· Strong research and data analysis skills

· Ability to personalize outreach at scale

· Basic understanding of sales funnels and B2B/B2C marketing strategies

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with cold email outreach and prospecting

· Knowledge of email deliverability best practices

· Experience using LinkedIn or other platforms for lead sourcing

· A/B testing experience for email campaigns

Pay: ₹9,945.54 - ₹33,741.44 per month
