Position: IT Officer (Hardware & Networking)

Responsibilities:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices
- Managing and troubleshooting network connectivity, bandwidth, and performance issues
- Handling hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, servers, printers, scanners)
- Monitoring network security, access controls, antivirus, and data backup systems
- Managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers
- Providing L2/L3 technical support for network and hardware-related issues
- Coordinating with vendors/ISPs for hardware procurement, AMC, and connectivity issues
- Maintaining IT asset inventory, documentation, and network diagrams
- Implementing IT policies, security standards,



and compliance requirements
- Supporting CCTV, biometric, access control, and surveillance systems (if applicable)
- Performing regular system updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance
- Assisting in IT infrastructure upgrades and new project implementations

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, and firewall configuration
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic Linux administration
- Good troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Required Qualification: - Any Computer Related

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
