VLH Bansal Motors is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Head to manage the complete spare parts operations, inventory and parts business for our commercial vehicle dealership.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring availability of genuine spare parts, efficient inventory management, timely supply to the workshop and strong parts sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete spare parts department operations.
- Ensure availability of required genuine spare parts.
- Manage parts ordering, receiving, storage and issuing.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Monitor rapid-moving, slow-moving and non-moving parts.
- Coordinate with workshop and service teams for parts requirements.
- Monitor parts sales, stock value and profitability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Reduce stock shortages and unnecessary inventory.




- Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturer for parts availability.
- Supervise parts counter and warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly parts reports.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of spare parts.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in automobile spare parts operations preferred.
- Commercial vehicle dealership experience will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of Excel/ERP/DMS systems.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
