ABOUT THE ROLE
NeoDocs is a health-tech company making preventive diagnostics smarter and more accessible. We are hiring Medical Assistants & Patient Educators to work inside doctor clinics running rapid point-of-care tests, counselling patients and supporting OPD consultations. The programme is run alongside one of India’s largest and most reputable pharmaceutical companies, giving you direct exposure to leading doctors and clinical operations at scale. This is a field-first role. You will travel extensively across your assigned region every day, visiting multiple doctor clinics and camps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist doctors during OPD consultations and prepare patients for examination
Perform rapid point-of-care tests and blood collection strictly as per SOP Educate patients on correct nasal spray technique, dosage and precautions

WHO YOU ARE





- Travel daily to assigned doctor clinics and camps across your region
- Maintain patient records, test logs and submit Daily Activity Reports
- Follow infection control, PPE and biomedical waste disposal protocols
- DMLT / MLT / Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Comfortable with daily field travel across the assigned region
- 6+ months blood collection experience; solid freshers may apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
