We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer – GRC/IRM with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, automation, Service Portal, Workspace, and Integrated Risk Management.

Experience: 6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Australian time zone — candidates must be comfortable starting at 6:00 AM IST
Engagement Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
- Build workflows, custom applications, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
- Design and maintain complex integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and other integration frameworks.
- Develop advanced and user-friendly interfaces using Service Portal and Workspace.
- Configure and customize data models, workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and ACLs.
- Manage multiple initiatives and priorities while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, workflow, and production issues.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development and deployment best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and coding experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Glide APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of workflows, data models,



APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and system integrations.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations, scripted APIs, authentication, and third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Workspace development.
- Experience in custom application development, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

Mandatory GRC/IRM Experience

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:

- Integrated Risk Management — IRM/GRC
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Business Continuity Management
- IRM workflows, automation, custom applications, and integrations
- Governance, risk, regulatory, and compliance frameworks

Mandatory Certifications

The following ServiceNow certifications are mandatory:

- Certified System Administrator — CSA
- Certified Application Developer — CAD
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance / IRM-GRC

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Previous experience in the banking, financial services, insurance, or broader finance sector.
- Exposure to AI Ops, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Robust stakeholder-management, communication, and business-analysis skills.
