Telecaller

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales/orders.
- Maintain good communication and build customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Update customer details and call records properly.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales/team for order processing and customer support.
- Promote company offers, schemes, and recent products over calls.
- Work on commission basis depending on successful sales/conversions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
- Report daily calling and sales performance to the manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
