Job description
We are seeking an HR Executive & Recruiter to handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance and employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates via job portals and referrals.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
- Support employee engagement and HR administration tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 0-5 years HR and recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of payroll, taxation, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule:
- Saturday to Thursday (Full-time, In-office)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
