Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite components.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and data transformation techniques.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices in integration solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
