Manage classroom routines and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Monitor child development and maintain positive communication with parents. Participate in school events and developmental activities. Requirements Education: Graduate with ECCE / NTT / PPTTC / Montessori certification. Experience: 1–3 years in a preschool/international school setting (skilled freshers welcome). Skills: Fluent English communication, patience, creativity, and strong classroom management.
