ICU & Ward Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients in ICU and general wards
- Monitor patients’ clinical condition and record progress notes regularly
- Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and emergency situations
- Manage medical emergencies and initiate timely treatment as per protocols
- Coordinate with nursing staff and paramedical teams for patient care
- Ensure proper documentation of case papers, consent forms, and discharge summaries
- Communicate patient condition and treatment plans to relatives when required
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies strictly
- Liaise with other departments (Lab, Radiology, OT) for investigations and procedures
- Attend code blue and other emergency calls as per duty roster
