Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination & Flow Management

- Monitor and manage patient flow across CT, MRI, and Ultrasound departments.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, scheduling, and service delivery.
- Address patient concerns and coordinate with clinical staff to improve patient experience.
- Minimize patient waiting times and optimize department efficiency.

Records & Documentation Management

- Maintain all departmental registers, records, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure proper filing and record retention as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with PNDT documentation and record-keeping requirements.

Staff Supervision

- Supervise PNDT-related staff and operations within the Ultrasound department.
- Oversee daily activities of CT and MRI departmental staff.
- Ensure staff adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and operational workflow when required.

Report Management & Dispatch

- Monitor timely completion and dispatch of CT and MRI reports.
- Ensure reports are correctly shared with referring physicians and consultants.




- Verify accurate and timely sending of PDF reports through approved communication channels.
- Follow up on pending reports and resolve dispatch-related issues.

Administrative & Operational Support

- Coordinate between radiologists, technicians, reception staff, and referring doctors.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain departmental statistics.
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Support management in achieving departmental performance goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare preferred.
- Experience in healthcare administration, diagnostic centers, hospitals, or radiology departments preferred.
- Knowledge of medical record management and patient coordination processes.
- Familiarity with PNDT regulations and documentation requirements is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
