Role: MBBS Doctor – Teleconsultation

Location: Work From Home
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts
Experience: Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors can apply

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct teleconsultations with patients as per the defined clinical SOPs and telemedicine guidelines.
- Review patient details, medical history, symptoms, and uploaded prescriptions where applicable.
- Assess the patient's condition and provide appropriate clinical guidance.
- Approve, reject, or cancel consultation requests based on clinical assessment and SOPs.
- Generate e-prescriptions wherever clinically appropriate.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and documentation.
- Escalate cases requiring further medical evaluation or in-person consultation.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance.

Requirements

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Good communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working on a digital/teleconsultation platform.
- Must have access to a laptop, tablet, or iPad with a stable internet connection.




- Ability to commit to a defined number of working hours/shifts.
- Freshers and experienced doctors are welcome to apply.
