Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, RAG, and Azure AI technologies.

The ideal candidate should be a strong Python developer who can design, develop, optimize, and deploy AI-powered applications from concept to production. The candidate should have practical experience with modern AI frameworks such as AutoGen, OpenAI, RAG and MCP, along with strong knowledge of Azure services, databases, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
- Build AI applications using OpenAI APIs, AutoGen, RAG, MCP, and related technologies.
- Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including data ingestion, retrieval, ranking, and response generation.
- Work with structured, unstructured, and graph-based data to support AI applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Services, Azure databases, Azure Cosmos DB/Graph capabilities, and other Azure services.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable and scalable solutions using Python.
- Take AI applications through the complete development lifecycle—from design and development to testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Optimize AI applications for latency, throughput, scalability, reliability, and compute/resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance.




- Collaborate with engineering, product, and cloud teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Mandatory Technical SkillsGenerative AI & LLM

- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- OpenAI / OpenAI APIs
- AutoGen or similar Agentic AI frameworks
- RAG
- MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Prompt engineering and LLM application development
- Understanding of AI agents and multi-agent architectures

Programming

- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience developing production-grade applications and APIs
- Good understanding of software engineering principles, debugging, testing, and version control

Azure & Cloud

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI
- Experience with Azure cloud services used for AI application development and deployment
- Understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment

Databases & Data

- Experience working with Azure databases
- Azure Cosmos DB / Graph DB experience
- Understanding of structured, unstructured, and graph-based data
- Knowledge of vector databases / embeddings and similarity search is highly desirable

AI / Machine Learning

- Good understanding of Neural Networks
- Familiarity with embeddings, transformers, vector search, and model inference
- Understanding of AI/ML application architecture and integration

Production & Optimization Skills





The candidate must have practical experience taking applications from development to production.

Strong understanding of:

- Application deployment and productionization
- API and service deployment
- Performance optimization
- Latency reduction
- Compute and memory optimization
- Scalability and concurrency
- Resource utilization and cost optimization
- Monitoring, logging, debugging, and production troubleshooting
- Designing reliable and maintainable AI services

Good to Have

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- REST APIs and microservices
- Experience with Azure Functions, AKS, App Services, or similar Azure deployment services
- Knowledge of ML/AI model evaluation and observability
- Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or similar
- Experience building enterprise-grade AI assistants, copilots, or intelligent agents

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is not only familiar with AI concepts but has hands-on experience building and deploying real-world AI applications.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

Solid Python + LLM + Agentic AI + RAG + Azure + Production Deployment experience.

Candidates who have worked primarily on traditional Machine Learning models without hands-on experience in LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or AI application development may not be suitable for this role.
